Bridgewell Council is the principal council for the Bridgewell local area in Hearth. The council has not yet commenced, so it does not currently deliver council services; existing service arrangements remain in place.
About Bridgewell Council
Bridgewell is one of the three recognised local areas in Hearth, alongside Rosehaven and Greenhaven. Bridgewell Council is the local government institution established for the Bridgewell area.
Bridgewell Council is also one of the six constituent councils of the Steadfast & Hearth Combined Sphere Authority. The combined authority is a separate strategic authority; it does not replace Bridgewell Council or turn strategic functions into council services.
Current position
The Steadfast councils form Havenstead’s initial active local government structure. Bridgewell Council remains uncommenced. Council services have therefore not transferred to Bridgewell Council and the authorities or public bodies currently responsible for those services remain responsible for them.
